This week Team Hocholongo took me over to the doggie agility playground that had wait for it….a frackin’ dog agility course! Plus, this joint housed over 20+ competition Border Collies. WHICH I might add are obviously not as intelligent as Pastor Australianos! (that would be Australian Shepherd in Spanish) At first, I wanted to meet every Chileno Bordo Collieo, but once M&D got out the food bag, it was on like donkey kong. I could care less bout those lesser breeds.
ZZZZMOG!!! I loved to run the obstacles like I was on Ninja Warrior Dog Edition™! Seeing as my cancer ouchie spot has healed up, I was über happy to get to RUN like an antelope outta control and show off my physical superiority.
It’s been just too long since I ran the gauntlet and I was PUMPED to show off. As it turns, out my mad banshee running skills are still top notch. But what is this TUNNEL thing? I mean, where does the tunnel go? Where?! China? Mars? I don’t want to know…it’s too s-c-a-r-y for this vieja (“old lady” in Spanish).
So, um, yah, the playground course was sooooo epic. It included a-hole frames (she means a-frames), way too many bars to jump, a bridge, a tunnel, and a moat filled with sharks (there was no moat. Sora can be creative at times). Andddddd, it was awesome sauce because I got some kibble ACTION when I did things right. As you’d expect, I’m pretttty pretty pretttttyyyyy good at learning things and decided I would show off my jumpies skills. Check this video of me going full BORBA up on that ‘ish.
My ONLY downer on the whole experience was that when I was done showing off my mad skills, our hosts brought out the “special” dogs. These were their best course runners and holy garbanzo beans they were fast. I called them Blazers because they were so fast it burned my eyes. They even were able to do the zoomie poles (she means zig zag poles). I have tried like 10 million times to learn how run through the zoomie poles. LOL, NOPE-ums!
So MAYBE I was a little bit jellie of them because they were skinny and fast, BUT it’s cool because I learned a thing or two. Like to bark and bark and bark when I want something.
